Niska Day - Saturday, May 19

Hello RiverRun families, staff, board and supporters –

You and your family are invited to walk in the Niska Day Parade on Saturday, May 19th representing RiverRun Community Montessori. We are excited about this fun opportunity to let more of our neighbors know of RiverRun. We will be walking as a group in the parade, with eye-catching RiverRun t-shirts, carryng our banner with helium balloons tied to it and tossing out goodies to onlookers. We will also have a display table in the festival tent where we will be offering free crafts to children and telling families about RiverRun.

All RiverRun family members/supporters may participate and join in the parade. You are welcome to bring strollers or wagons for younger siblings. More details will follow, but roughly, we meet at 8:45am at St Helen’s School on Union Street, parade starts at 10:00am and ends at the Nisky High School.

· How many adults and children will participate from your family?
· What size t-shirts for each?
· Do you own a unique, nice looking vehicle that could also be in the parade for RiverRun?
· Would you be able to help staff our info table at the festival (runs from after the parade to 4pm)?
