SilverGraphics

RiverRun is pleased to be participating in SilverGraphics again this year.  This project provides families with the opportunity to purchase beautiful products personalized with their children’s artwork, raises funds to help with general school operations, and also supports a local Schenectady-based business.

Each student has had the opportunity to create various pieces of artwork at school.  You can select one of these pieces or choose one that was created at home. Whichever option you choose, please make your artwork selection and ensure it is at the school by Thursday, February 17.  You are welcome to submit a sibling’s artwork as well, if you’d like.  All of the artwork will then be organized and hand-delivered to SilverGraphics, where they will scan each piece and create personalized order forms for us (which will include a free postcard print of every piece of artwork submitted!).  Orders themselves will be placed in mid-March and received back in early May.

If you’ve participated in SilverGraphics in the past, no doubt you are familiar with the high quality of their products.  If you haven’t participated in SilverGraphics in the past, you are sure to be very pleased.  I am particularly excited to note that they are now offering a collection of eco-friendly items - organic cotton grocery totes, lunch bags, and drawstring backpacks along with recycled note cards, mini notepads, and sketch books.  They are also offering aprons for both children and adults!  Visit www.silvergraphics.com/Customized_Products_Art.html to get a peek at all of their products.

These items make wonderful keepsakes and unique gifts.  If you will be submitting artwork from home and need a copy of SilverGraphics' art guidelines, let me know.  I am looking forward to this celebration of our children’s creativity and hope you are too!
                                                                                                Sincerely,
